aku nak kurus! aku nak diet!

hELLO!
ok kali ni merupakan satu cabaran besar dalam kehidupan aku! yes aku nak diet lagi dan kurus dan teruskan mendiet! yes ! i really want to have an ideal body and slim so that i can wear anything i like!
yes ! before this i had a diet! but i just don't eat the rice ! but mender lain semua i telan/swallow , haha

The things is I was really hate to exercise ! haha take that! mana boleh kalau diet 2 juta bulan pun tapi x bersenam mmg xde apa la kan? 
So kali ini i really2 wanna have a hell-ly diet ! it's for my body juga..
Yeah my berat tak la smpai 85-90 kg pun. tapi i nak kurus .
i really2 want it..

So these are among of my list to do everyday !
  • Jogging everyday around 5-12 KM ! (Sound gila ! but i'll try) / 30 Minutes
  • Solat Never Forget + Sunat Prayer
  • Eating Organic Food (Yang Hijau2 tu) 
  • Do extra Exercise lain.
  • Eating Peanuts (I hope it's not make my face full of ...ple)
  • Drink Juice
  • Drink MORE mineral Water
  • Breakfast
  • Do take more cereal
AND IT WILL START TOMORROWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! INSYA'ALLAH...

I JUST NEED SOME POSITIVE WORD FROM YOU GUYS! AND DOA AND ALSO MY HARD WORKING IS APPRICIATE BY EVERYONE!

dan mungkin sesuatu keajaiban bakal terjadi dengan berkat usaha dan tawakkal,

  8. wah kalau urusan badan emang nomer satu buat cewek, tapi jangan salah karbohidrat masih dibutuhkan walaupun diet menurunkan berat badan
